2. George Washington Gilliam [6888] was born 13 August 1858 in Arkansas, and died 10 February 1946. He married Martha Ann Beasley, daughter of Quinton Dillard Beasley and Elizabeth Skaggs. She was born about 1868 in Arkansas. Martha's sister, Mary was married to the famous US Deputy Marshall James Wesley 'Wes' Bowman. George was a farmer. George and Martha are both buried in Rosetta Cemetery in Johnson County, Arkansas.

 

Child of George Gilliam  is:

  1. Elmore Gilliam, b. about 189, Arkansas.

  2. Quinton Gilliam, b. 15 January 1894; d. 10 October 1894.

  3. Hiram Gilliam, b. about 1906, Arkansas; m. Maude [last name unknown] in 1929; b. about 1908, Arkansas.
