Mary Cane. He was born 20 April 1843 in North Carolina, and died 12 December
1914 in Clarksville, Johnson County, Arkansas. John is buried in Kendall
Cemetery, Johnson County, Arkansas.

Micajah Lewis Hardgrave
and Elizabeth Loftin, on 6 January 1885 in Arkansas. He was born 16 June 1833 in
Davidson County, Tennessee, and died 10 October 1892 in Johnson County,
Arkansas. In 1920 Nancy lived with her son Henry Arnold in Clarksville. William is buried in Bethlehem Cemetery, Johnson County, Arkansas.

died 14 September 1899. After Mary's death Esmer and Amos were placed in the
custody of their grandfather John R. Cates. Amos and Mary are buried in
Bethlehem Cemetery, Horsehead, Johnson County, Arkansas.

1917. She had been sick with the flu for a week and her grandmother, Sarah,
was also sick in the next bedroom. Telia asked her older sister, "Will you
tell me when she dies? I know I want be told." Later in the morning Telia died
and then in the afternoon the grandmother died. They were taken by wagon to be
buried, but because everyone was sick or caring for the sick, it is believed
that her Dad was the only one to go to the funeral.

Richard Carter. She married (2) George Holliday.

County, Arkansas. Isaac was an ice wagon driver in Clarksville, Johnson
County, Arkansas. He served in the US Army Air Corps during World War II. Rea graduated from Clarksville High School in 1930. She
worked for the Farmers Home Association. They are both buried in Woodland
Cemetery, Johnson County. Arkansas.
