A list of the property and effects belonging to the estate of Cornelious [sic] and Barbary Acord deceased sold this 26th of September 1840.

Cornelius Acord bought at the sale

One note on William Rector(?) C.M. Rector(?) and John Gimorick(?) for $30.00 due 26th of January 1842.

One note on John Smith and Agnes Gibbens for $15.00 due on the first day of April 1840 not good.

The above is a correct account of all the effects has come to my hands or which I have any knowledge belonging to the estate of Cornelious [sic] Acord and Barbary Acord deceased.
